Physical Products

How to Initiate a Return

Production Status: Once your order enters production, is being prepared for shipment, or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products.
Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email with all details. Please review carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Undeliverable Orders
Address Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Failed Delivery: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or free reshipment. However, we'll work with you to arrange redelivery at standard shipping rates.
Our Error: If delivery fails due to our error in address processing, we'll arrange redelivery at no additional cost.
