Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for you!

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return and refund policy.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with the original packaging. We will be happy to make a refund which will be returned to your original payment method. Please note shipping is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping your item(s) back.

Please contact us and provide us the following details when submitting a return request:

  1. Full name and order number
  2. Describe issue with the product(s).

The address for sending goods back will be provided via email, as it might depend on your location.

When making the return, please include a note in your package with your order number, full name, email address and delivery address and we wil take care of the rest. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. Once we have received your order, your items will be processed which can take up to 5 working days. Once your item has been confirmed as being in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. It can take up to 3-5 business days to process your refund depending on your bank, so please contact them if you need any more information on this.


We can not issue refunds once the order is already

  • in production
  • being prepared for shipment
  • or has been shipped

However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Please ensure that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will also be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details. Orders that have failed delivery due to shipping address issues outside of our control are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Digital content

All sales of digital content are final once the content has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with the content, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
