HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard shipping starts at $4.94 for US orders, price is calculated automatically once the shipping address is written in the shopping cart or at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship products to you from our partnered factories located in the United States.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP/SELL TO?

We ship/sell only to countries that have a tax agreement with Chile and support our available payment methods. We only have an office in Chile and no physical presence in other countries, therefore we do not charge sales taxes.

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?

We can not issue refunds once the order is already in production, being prepared for shipment or has been shipped. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we may be able to cancel your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days. Estimated shipping time is 1-10 business days.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS?

We ship orders from various partnered factories so your items may arive at different times. Some packages may experience shipping delays as well while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please check your item’s tracking number in your order status page or contact us.

HOW DO I OBTAIN MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), place allow up to 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking number.
